C RED Consultancy will assess the current levels of energy efficiency in your building & then provide you with all the information you need to help you decide on the best value for money option to invest in energy efficient products &/or renewable energy developments; within your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).  If you would like a Home Information Pack (HIP) we are able to provide this for you also. 

Improving the standard of your building’s energy efficiency helps save the environment & also helps improve your own levels of cost and comfort.  For example, a typical 1960’s house could have its fuel bills reduced by £250 per year, for just an expenditure of about £500, which is an effective rate of return for you and a reduction in the CO2 for the planet. 

In some instances you may be able to obtain free funding from the Low Carbon Buildings Program or other sources of funding, so that your chosen energy improvement is installed free of charge; whereby you can just enjoy the benefits of our service with no expenditure whatsoever.

Prices for assessments within the Greater Manchester region are as follows:-

·         We will provide a full Home Information Pack (HIP), which includes your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for around £275 + VAT.  The price depends on the searches required for your postcode area, which will be discussed before we agree to proceed.

·         If you wish to just have just your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) carried out, we can provide this for just £75 + VAT.

For areas outside Greater Manchester we will need to add a driving cost to these prices; so you will need to contact us for a specific quotation, based on how far away you live from Manchester.
